Refund policy
Perishable Goods Notice
At Rōhi Lab, all fresh flowers and plants are considered perishable goods. Due to their natural and delicate nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or incorrect, please contact us at maggie@rohilab.co.nz within 12 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Fresh flowers, plants, and floral arrangements
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Sale items and gift cards
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
